food is fine but they have a problem on remembering to bring everything on the order slip(as in my extra sauces). Even calling them to remind them to not forget my stuff and they still forget is annoying. I have called and complained about 5 times maybe more about them forgetting my stuff but still not changes. I will never go back to them again. I gave them a 2 star because the food is still good other then that they suck.
When in the store trying to order pizza for my son. Standing at the front for awhile hopping someone would say something. Sadly no one say a word. So I left and got him pizza from Harris teeter instead. Such bad customer services.
Decent pizza -- decent delivery time -- they FORGOT THE GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE (main reason we order from papa johns☹️)
This is so crazy place. One large pizza took more than an hour. After waiting for 40 mins at the place I was told more 10 more mins. Be aware....!
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. After calling MULTIPLE TIMES and being left on hold for a minimum of 10 min each time, finally got through, GAVE MY ADDRESS, THEY REPEATED MY PHONE NUMBER because it was ALREADY in their system, ordered my pizza, was told 55 min. After an hour and 45 min passes, I call, the young girl said "oh we called you 4 times, we can't deliver your pizza, you live too far". I then informed her that I have ordered from them AT LEAST 5 times in the last 8 months, and she then informed me that they wouldn't be delivering to me anymore. Unreal. Thanks for having my husband, children and I waiting for nothing. If they HAD called which they most CERTAINLY DID NOT, I could've cooked dinner for my family almost 2 hours ago. OR when they asked for my address on the phone BEFORE I ordered, they could have told me then. I will not ever be ordering from them again, and by the looks of the rest of the reviews, there are quite a few people that feel the same way.
